Hotel Information
The conference will take place at the Holiday Inn - Westport Plaza which is located in the heart of St. Louis County. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at (314) 434-0100. Please note that the Holiday Inn - Westport Plaza recommends that all reservations for the conference be made via telephone. If reservations are made via the internet, you will not be eligible for the discounted room rate and there will be no refund on your deposit.
When making reservations by telephone, be sure to identify yourself as a conference participant to receive the Holiday Inn group rate of $79 per room (Single or Double/Maximum 4 people per room). This rate does not include room and occupancy tax. Note: All reservations must be received by the hotel by May 21, 2004, to guarantee the group pricing. In order to guarantee requests for reservations, a deposit for one night's room and tax (payable by personal check, money order or valid credit card) will be required at the time the request is made.
The Holiday Inn - Westport Plaza offers free shuttle to and from St. Louis International Airport. Please notify them upon making your hotel reservations that you will need transportation.
The Holiday Inn also offers indoor garden pool, whirlpool, fitness center and game room. The award-winning Copperfield's Restaurant is also located inside the hotel. All guest rooms are equipped with coffee makers, hair dryers and iron/ironing boards.
