Just wondering if anyone knows what this is?

arytenoidopexies ???

I do know what the arytenoid is, but what's a pexies?

Reading an article about VCP and trying to process it but can't figure this out.

-pexy is a suffix that indicates a surgical attachment, so I guess maybe that means surgically attaching the arytenoid cartilage to another surface, maybe to keep the vocal cords open?
