Just wondering how long you do your CPT for? Is it a minute on each section? And if you give a saline neb do you CPT before or after the neb...which seems to work better? I'm not really seeing that I get a lot with the CPT. Any tips?

We use an electric percussor and we do about 3-4 minutes per area during the neb. We do this q4. It seems to really help Brian.

In a perfect world I'd like CPT done Q4 but it really only happens 2 times a day. We are more diligent when the boys are sick.
We do it manually w/a rubber percussor for about 1-2 minutes on each of the 6 areas.
Milo is beginning to try it on everyone himself lately!

We "did" CPT for about 3-4 min on each side and followed up w/ Atrovent puffs (in morning and evening). When Alex was really sick, we did CPT before and after any neb treatments and up Q4...

We percuss 3-4 times a day just during nebs. Helps him cough out lots of gunk.

We percussion during his nebs; if possible. Sometimes I have to do it after. I do each side for a few minutes. I have a rubber percussion that I use for my son's CPT. I only have to do nebs twice a day and that is only to help get the gunk up and out.
