Mandi --
Allisa and you will be in my thoughts and prayers these next few months. Jack had his cataracts removed when he was a year old and lens implants when he was 2 years old. He tolerated surgery and recovery very well. Good luck and please keep us posted on everything.
Hugs,
Ann

Wow! That's a lot. Hopefully it will be over before you know it. Jacob had his lens extraction surgeries last year on almost the exact dates. He won't be getting implants, though. He did very well, although he wasn't a happy camper with that huge patch on his eye. He couldn't wear his glasses, so he couldn't even see out of one eye.

I'll be praying that all goes well!

Best wishes,
Amanda

Mandi,

What a schedule! I pray Alissa bounces back quickly from her surgeries. Please feel free to email/call, especially when you are here in Cinci. We should be heading back down to the hospital around the same time you are here.

You got it Mandi! I often wish I was the fairygod mother on Schrek...but a good one, so I could wave my magic wand and *poof*! It never gets easier...all the surgeries. Make sure you too stay away from any cootie carrying people and get rest and take extra vitamin c. Staying in the hospital so much just sets your stress and immune system into over drive! I feel for ya! Hugs and prayers coming your way.
