Well, Alli is still working too hard to breathe, especially at night, so she will be getting her trach placed again around 3 :30 this afternoon. Â*I'll update as able. Â*We dont expect any complications. Â*Hugs Deb

ps At the dr's office this morning we asked Alli if she remembered the trach and she said "yeah" and touched her throat. We asked if she thought she would breathe easier if it was put back in and she touched it again and said "yeah." I tested her by asking if she has puppies in her ears and she said "no" so we think she understood. Deb

Deb

Well we all realize you do what must be done. You all certainly put up a great fight. If a trach will help her breathe, then it's the best choice. I hope your surgery goes well and hopefully 3rd times the charm!!

Best wishes to Alli,

Whitney

Our hearts go out to you all....but you gotta do what you gotta do. It is amazing how strong our little ones are...and us as parents, even when we didn't think we could be so strong.

In the end, Ali will be happier being able to breathe easily. And we will pray for more guidance and answers for what the future holds.

Hang in there and keep us posted,
Michelle
