Mary Jo,
I just wanted to say welcome to the board. There are some other nurses on the board that have great perspective for parents dealing with nursing issues. Sara has never had home nursing, but our NICU/PICU nurses have always (well mostly) been invaluable. I definitely have a different respect for nurses since Sara was born. It sounds like your families are incredibly lucky to have you!

Erin
