I am writing a book for parents of NICU babies who are planning for discharge! I need your help! I have an online survey that I need parents to fill out so I can create the content for the book.
As a home care nurse, I've been helping parents bring their children home under some scary and/or difficult situations. Through the use of this survey, new parents will be able to have the answers to questions that they are afraid to ask, didn't think of, or just simply wanted to know how other parents managed similar situations! Of the parents I've discussed this idea with, they all felt this would have been helpful. I'm not sure where to begin, so here I am. I'm certainly not trying to spam or break any rules on this forum.
Just be honest - the answers are anonymous! If you have questions you've always wondered also, don't hesitate to ask and your question may be included! You can skip most of the questions if you don't know the answer, the question doesn't apply to you, or don't feel comfortable answering.
This is a book for YOU! If you know of other parents, please feel free to send them the link for the survey. My goal is to reach many different parents so that the responses are most helpful! The different areas of the survey are about your pregnancy, your relationship, your nursing staff, your medical equipment, your home set up, etc...
I think I'm mumbling and I'm not sure if I'm doing a good job of expressing my idea... any feedback is helpful and of course, anyone taking the survey is appreciated!
