Default vest question

Mitchell has been using the vest a lot-we've had it a couple months and use it at least twice a day but the way this winter has been illness wise its more like 3 or 4 times daily....my question

The velcro straps on the shoulders just doesn't hold very well anymore. We have the life vest type vest with the 3 buckles in front and straps on the shoulders.

The company is pretty good about sending replacement parts if you contact them. And they shipped it out quickly the next day.

Yep...just contact the company. You should have a new one in a day or two. They have great customer service! Good luck!
