See if you can rent a pole from a DME at departing port. Karen

One of the kiddos I care for has a similar set up. One is upstairs and one is down. They use the IV pole downstairs and upstairs they have the IV bag hanging on the wall with those 3M hooks that you can put on and take off without wrecking paint and things. They have the humidifier on the nightstand and vent is on the floor.

Maybe look into bringing the 3M hooks along and just sticking one on the wall of your room or bring some string along because there are always place to "tie" it to and the humidifier will sit just below it.

Couple of fixes.
1. Ask your DME company for a new pole that has not been assembled. They come in a small box about 4 inches wide x 3 inches deep x 2 ft long. fits in a suit case and only assembly is a bolt screwed into bottom.
2. get a chamber that is not self filling and bottles of sterile water. You just have to manually fill the chamber. You can actually use the chambers you have without the bags.
