Default So mad I could spit!

Yesterday I get a call from Addy's feeding therapist that DDD canceled her feeding Auth. I sent DDD an email last week asking them to auth Speech because I found a new therapist. She changed her feeding auth so that Addy has feeding and speech with the same therapist without asking me or contacting me. I neglected to put SPEECH in the email, however per our verbal conversation, we were working on getting her a speech, not feeding therapist. Addy has a history of aspirating. Her therapist has been with her since day one, and has been a good fit for her. All of you know how hard that is to find and if you get someone that works so well with your child to keep it when you get it.
Ugh. If you don't know or understand something, then ask. Don't decide who and where my child gets her therapies from. That is my job, especially since you were unwilling to do your job and help me find these therapies. This woman has been downright useless when it comes to getting anyting from her. I can't even get an IFSP from her.

I know how upsetting that is, and I am mad for you. Hope you can get it fixed how you need it to be.
