Default blueish line on trach

just cleaning out jaspers old neo shiley and in a couple of places it looks like it was marked by a pen, I scrubbed and scrubbed, couldn't get it off..... I put it in him and took it out so I know there was no pen on it or blue like dot/line, this one was only in for a week as well..

any ideas? we don't have another 3.5 backup, we do have 3.0's though...

I know what you mean, ours used to do the same thing as well. Not sure what caused it. I didn't worry about it. I made sure the trachs were clean and sterilized and no problems ever came of it.

Perhaps you should contact the manufacturer and ask about it? If it's a defect, they can probably send you a new trach... if not, at least you have peace of mind.
