Default Pediatric Nutritionist

Hi Everyone,

I'm a longtime member. I read alot..........but don't post alot

My daughter has a trach and mic-key button. Can anyone recommend a Pediatric Nutritionist (in Massachusetts) who has experience with Homemade Blended Formulas?

Thanks!

I'm not in your area, but do you have an early intervention program that would make a recommendation?

There is a yahoo board specifically for BD. On that board, I have seen mentioned an RD who specializes in BD's and does remote consultations - if you can't find one locally. That board is very similar to this one, where everyone is willing to help others and share their BTDT knowledge.

Also, have you checked out www.blenderizeddiet.com ?

I don't have a recommendation on a nutrionist. I wanted to ask if you have the Homemade Blended Formula Handbook. Here's the link in case you haven't seen it.

I should also say we do homemade formula for Ainsley and it is great! Initially it stopped her vomiting. And she has so much more energy and vitality. Plus her BM's are more normal and not so stinky. It's a very good thing IMO. (Except the extra work.)
