No, Whitney, I haven't heard that before. Ours is a 2003. We didn't have any adaption for a wheelchair, just some inverters and some stuff to secure O2, etc. You can check the website for Honda. I do know that Honda doesn't have some of the modification pricing that the US car makers do. For example, if you by a Caravan and have it modified after market, they will take the cost of the modification off the price of the car up to a certain dollar amount.
If you don't find it on the Honda website, e-mail them and ask the policy. We went to a place called United Access to do modifications. You may want to check around. I think United Access is a national franchise.
