I like Stephanie's ideas. We also took the vent tube and turned it so it ran horizontal to his body instead of straight up and down. That allowed us to lay on his belly without kinking the tube. Another thing you can try is a boppy pillow or a bean bag chair with his head hanging over, it's easy to make the angles higher or lower depending on his ability. Sue

Hi

All the ideas listed so far a good. I will just add another. My son has hyptonia along with a host of other things so this is something that we have been working on for awhile. Our PT made him a wedge out of foam that is cut out down the middle for his trach and vent circuit. This has worked well to give him tummy time and sometimes he will even go to sleep in this position.
