Yay!!! We Are Trach Free!!!
hey everyone everything went PERFECT with Brooklyn's decan, they brought her into the O.R. on monday and removed some granulation, and downsized her to a 2.5, then at 8:30 am on tuesday the Resident ENT came in and took it out for the last time, and i CRIED!!! for hours!! it was the greatest feeling..when the ENT took it out she looked at him like "are you gonna out that back or what?" and then as the day went on she was just glowing, you could totally tell that she was happy...and with every cry cough and sneeze i laughed!...it sounds weird but it was so cute to hear all those little things that i have waited 2 years to hear...and to leave that hospital today and not have to carry that damn suction machine felt so damn good!!! she is testing out her new found sounds all the time ..she doesn't shut up and i love every minute!!! i will post a pic of that naked little neck as soon as i can, i want to try to burn the video's from my camera first but soon i will post one on here... i will also be putting them on my myspace page... if you have myspace you can search me by my email which is xosexymilf702ox@aol.com...
and i want to thank you all for your support and prayers they really mean alot to me.!! ~kristen
