Last year today Adison was decanned.

I didn't realize how big she got!

SUSAN - Mom to Ainsley (age 6 - DOB 10/18/06) + Evie (age 12) and Adrian (age 9). Adorable and Trached since 11/06 (scarred vocal cords & OSA) but capping with mixed success since 1/09, sagittal craniosynostosis (cranial reconstructions 1/07 & 7/07), MicKey G-tube 06/07, Nissen 10/08, unusual form of cerebellar hypoplasia, hip dysplasia (Surgery 11/07 & 4/10), ptosis(post-surgery).

I can't believe it has been a year already! I remember reading about how early (comparatively) she was decanned, which really gave me hope at a time when I needed it. Congrats on one year of the nose breathing!

Thanks everyone. I was actually more excited about this then her birthday this year. She has only on er visit it was short and sweet. We are just so proud of how well she has done. And what a great kids she is.
