Janet,
I can say it's definitely possible for a 1-3 year old to do it! I just don't know about Blaize for sure, but I would think so. What I always do with Gaithy, if she turns on her belly, is to make sure the circuit isn't underneath her. With the LTV circuit there are little tubes on the top that if water gets into will cause Low Minute Volume alarms or crazy high return volume amounts. So, I would twist the circuit around so it was laying right side up. I love to sleep on my stomach, with one leg drawn up (sorry to be so personal!!!! ) but I can't imagine having to sleep one way for long term - it wouldn't be enjoyable at all. I hope you find a way to make her MOST comfortable!
