Just wanted to update all of you on how things are going with me medically speaking.

Overall wonderfully with the trach. This Christmas is MUCH better than last year. It's always a nice thing to be able to breathe.

Wel I had a clinic appointment today with Cotton. He did the flexscope(scope down the nose while you're awake), he went EXTRA dep too. Oh fun!!! Not. He actually went all the way down to the trach via the nose. Le'ts just say i'm so glad i didn't puck on the man. But I sure was sounding like i was gonna. A bit humilating. He found another gran so we're taking it out in early Jan. Oh joy!!

Granted, I honestly don't mind dealing with the ocasional gran. Even if it's every couple to 3 months between removal I don't mind. IT's much better with the trach in than with it out so a gran is nothing iin the overall scheme of things for me.

Ok I need to get.

Just wanted to let you all know

Robin

I'm actually looking forward to the next scope. Ok so i'm weird. I look at it this way, I get to take a nap. Granted it's a drug induced nap but heck i'll take it.

Ooh Robin, I can just imagine how dreadful that was. I think I would've fainted. Good luck with the gran removal.
