We're not sure what is up, Alli was feverish, gagging and retching, and dehydrated. Her lungs look/sound good but her white count is really high and her heartrate was really high. So...this is her first in patient stay this year. I hope they figure out what is wrong quick and get it treated. Deb

Grateful thorns have roses 24 weeker now almost 11 years old and in third grade! trach-decanned for good in 2008, gtube, asthma, CP, MR, GERD, latex allergy, osteopenia, aplastic cerebellum, ADHD/OCD, 60 lbs of humor and fiest, 4'4" tall, patient at Shreveport Shriners Childrens Hospital,, and I may be leaving something out but she is happy and growing and the light of our lives! Oh Deb, I'm so sorry to read this
 Hope they can figure out what is wrong with Alli and treat it quickly. It just sucks that she has to be in the hospital. Update us when you can.Thinking of you  Julie

Mom to Breanna (15), David (12), Christopher and Brian (almost 5). Brian decanned in 2006 and had his g-tube removed in 2007.  B & C are surviving triplets. Brooke survived for 1 month.

Sharon...mom to Hannah, my beautiful little §≈earth-angel≈§. CP, moebius syndrome (a rare disease affecting the cranial facial nerves and characterized by facial paralysis)...Reactive Airway, GERD, trach, g-tube, and lots and lots of suctioning! Recent Baclofen pump for spasticity and scoliosis surgery, Jan 2008, curve corrected from 80 degrees to 25 degrees and doing great!!!!
