Alex is doing well and he is almost back to normal. We spoke w/ our ENT's office and we decided we will go ahead with decannulation tomorrow at noon. He will be in the hospital overnight for observation. I did not sleep much last night and I doubt tonight will be any different. I am very nervous and excited!! Please keep Alex in your thoughts and prayers. By all indications, Alex should do very well. I will let everyone know as soon as I can how Alex is doing!!

Thanks again

Whitney

Good luck to you and Alex. I look forward to hearing what happens. My son will hopefully be decannulated as well in a couple of weeks.
