I was so scared. His sats are normally up in the 97 and above off the vent with no oxygen. He stayed plugged all day except for naptime and didn't have problems. When we put him down for the night he was only satting around 88 and wouldn't come up. We put him on the concentrator and it barely got any better so we cranked it up all the way to 5 liters...finally we get him up to around 94.
The only other time we put him on O2 was when RSV reared it's head for the second time around Christmas. Of course nothing is ever good enough to do half way for Chase...he has his first ever bronch since being trached on Wednesday. He couldn't have picked a better day to de satt for us hunh???
PUlling my hair out over this
