| Jessica's Mom - Jessica was born on 7/23/02, she was due on 10/30/02. She is 6. I have 3 other children - JoAnne-11.5, Samantha-10.5, Anthony-8. A brief summary of Jessica's medical history - VP shunt 10-02, revised 6-03. Trached 10-02 for grade 3-S.S. Home 12-02 w/o a feeding tube. Off vent 5-03, off cpap 11-03, done with nursing 12-03. T&A 9-04, Adenoids removed again 4-05,Stage 2 LPT-5-4-05, downsized & capped 6-1-05. Decannulated 7-5-05!!! 9-07 -Kindergarten, 9-08 -1st grade!!! |
