Types of Caps or Plugs

For those who have been through the capping process, what type of caps have you used? Â*We are using a red plug made by Shiley. Â*It seems to come off fairly easily. Â*It would be nice to have something that stays on more securely. Â*Thanks!

We have a white cap from Shiley that fits on like the pmv with a quarter twist. It can be coughed off but it takes a whopping chough to do it! Deb
