Hi all, we have had the fundo done twice (the first was laproscopic, the second was open and reinforced with felt plakets) but Alli is still choking, gagging, hard swallowing during sleep etc. We've been adding food coloring to her formula (g tube fed entirely) and today she coughed up a huge gob of colored secretions from her trach!! The ped is calling for a GI study to check things out, and he mentioned a "fistula occurence" (spell?) Has anyone ever heard of this or know anything about it? I feel so lost here, every time we think we've "solved" some of her problems they pop up again or new ones take the place. Any advice/info is appreciated.
