Have you checked with the insurance company to see if there is another agency in your coverage network? I only recently learned that there are several in ours as well as several DME companies to choose from. Just a thought.

I would call the insurance company and ask for other companies. In our area, only 3 will handle pediatric/vent cases. Ask the other agencies, but you might find it's the same, they can only fill part of the time. What I have asked for and gotten approved, is that if one of the agencies can't fill certain shifts, say Sat/Sun, they give those shifts to the other agency and the insurance company pays to both. It's best of course to have it all filled with one company. I know how you feel, we both work full time, too, and with all the time we take off for hospitalization, appointments, etc., who wants to take more time off because a nurse doesn't come in? But take action now before you get too much further into the pregnancy. You need to take it easy! Hugs, Sue http://www.twinEnterprises.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
