Hi Louise,
I'm not an experienced vent parent, but I was just wondering if maybe it could be a spasm of some sort that the vent helps to expand. Especially, since breath holding relieves it, it makes me wonder. Maybe her trachea is collapsing slightly causing that weird pain.
Miss Rhi doesn't do anything "humdrum", Does she?
