I don't know what state you live in but many states now have a program called Parents as Teachers. If your state has this, you can call your local school district and get info re: their services. Our school district here in North KCMO has a day care for special needs kids. It doesn't start until they're three but perhaps the school district can give you info on where you could look. Also, our HEART OF AMERICAN FAMILY SERVICES, a part of UNITED WAY has a program that will look for day care for children with special needs. Their website is www.hafs.org.
