Hi,
My newest obsession is whether Lily can or will ever breathe through her nose. Â*When we cap her trach or put on her PMV, she breathes through her mouth. Â*When I try to feed her with either the cap or PMV on she *freaks* out and starts screaming. Â*Is there anybody out there who feeds their baby while capped/valved, and if so, did it take them a while to get used to it? Â*Is there anything I can do to help her learn how to breathe through her nose when she eats? Â*Or maybe they accidentally sewed Lily's nose shut when they fixed her cleft palate???
