jessica has been having low saturation it's like 81 or 82 but before it was 88 , 87 do you guys think it's because she has the coldor flu??

Oh and her heart surgery is in three weeks to repair the tetrallogy of fallot please keep her in you prayers!!

Normally, those would be really bad sats. But for a child with TOF, 81-82% isn't that bad, actually. Before Jacob was repaired, anything over 78% or so was considered OK. She may just be getting bigger and needing a "normal" heart. That said, you need to look at other symptoms. Is she retracting (working to breath), coughing more, had a change in sputum color, or needing suctioning more? Those are things that you need to look at rather than sats for clues to cold/flu. Also, watch her temp closely.
