Peroxide question

We use hydrogen peroxide as the go to sterilizer around here, diluted 50/50 w/ sterile water. I'm wondering if I can dilute the peroxide ahead of time, as in keep a few bottles of the diluted mixture on hand instead of diluting it every time I need it. Anybody done this before? I know that light and heat can have negative effects of hydrogen peroxide's ability to kill germs, and that also once it hits the air it dissolves into hydrogen and oxygen...

We mix up a small batch at a time and use it under the trach and under the feeding tube. Use a "toothette" to get the gungys out. I mix it up about once a week.

We mixed a 50/50 solution in a 2 or 3 oz bottle for daily use. The 50/50 solution for cleaning the trach we mixed as needed.

We keep some in a small bottle for trach care use. It lasts about 2 weeks.
