Since I know a number of people on these boards probably use Albueterol in a nebulizer I am sharing something I discovered this morning.

Do NOT stack Albueterol on top of coffee, give yourself some time to process one before indulging in the other. Taking the two things together is consumption of 2 very strong stimulants and can get you extremely jittery even if you don't normally get jittery from either one by itself.

so true Alex. I think this goes for my allergy medicine too.

Heh. Anything else with caffeine too. In more typical asthma patients, some doctors will tell you that, in a pinch, a strong cup of coffee (or a bottle of bawls or jolt) will get you through a mild asthma flare if you can't find your inhaler.

In my small (7 people) sign language class, this recently came up as a topic of discussion where two of the 7 people experienced very bad effects from stacking albuterol with another stimulant. Both blacked out while driving, one to a greater extent than the other. So, this is very serious! I knew that it was not a good idea, but did not know how bad!

WOW ok so I guess it's a good thing I didn't leave the house until the feeling passed.
