Well, Natty got home yesterday after 9 days at CHOP. She was on the vent with some minimal settings for a few days but she got off relatively quickly. She does need a 1 liter of o2 to her hme for her sats. The docs said she had a "terrible case of pneumonia", and in fact, after a ct scan, found out it was Necrotizing Pneumonia. Has anyone had this, I did do a web search, but it was very general info. Lets pray this passes qucik she is scheduled for reconstruction in May. Funny, the ENT surgery scheduler called to see if we wanted to bump up her date to March 18th as they had a cancelation. Cancelation?, I'm sure that kiddo was in the PICU with us!!
