I'm Sarah, mum to Nadia who also has bvcp and was retrached last week. Your sister has probably told you about me. Please feel free to pm me any time. I know exactly what you're going through having been there myself a year ago and to be honest, even though the trache was only out for 8 weeks today has felt a bit like going back to the beginning again.

This board is amazing and kept me going through some of my darkest hours.

yes lynn i am very luck to have a sister like kirsty though i do have to remind her shes my baby sister at times !:D couldnt have got through this with out her.
kirsty has told me quite alot about you sarah as we seem to have alot in common with our daughters,i to feel like you go 1 step forward then 3 back at times very frustrating:mad:

This is one great bunch of moms (and a dad and a nurse and some grandmas and one auntie). You can get a lot of different points of view here, and like others have said, they have propped me up during some of the most difficult days I ever want to have. I wish I had met them earlier in our journey.

Its very nice to meet you as well as your sister that i havent been able to introduce myself to as of yet. you have a beautiful family and i cant wait to here all about you guys. My Grandaughter has been on this journey for the last 5 and half years , we have had many ups and downs and this board has been a great resource for us and we have met some wonderful people as well. one of the most important things is everyone understands what its like here and all they want to do is help as much as possible and offer hope in the days ahead..your are blessed to have such great support with your sister , not everyone has that, so many have no family near them or if they do not many willing to help. give your sister a hug and tell her what a blessing it is to have her in your families life..:hug:
