So much fast dry in the tube

yesterday i go out to find solution stand for mobile on my electric wheelchair.
so HOT outside we enter accessories car shop, and they show me
a stand for mobile that u put on the belt. it was great, small with a clips.
the a/c was very cool, i didnt take HME, so they need to screw it to the chair and it took like 20 minutes. i was happy finally found it.
immediately after going out i had sux - big plug go out.
until the evening get some more plugs.
wake up in the morning couldnt breath, no air, need to change the tube.
oh my, realy the tube was full of dried mucous, and it was only 20 minutes in a/c

im lucky not like b4, suffered many days trying use nebulizer, or saline drops or to wait days for appointment with a doctor to change the tube.
now do it myself .

i can tell receive tracoe hme, use the same unit more than 2 weeks, still good :) (dont wear all day the hme, also not in the n8)

Glad you were able to change the tube and get some relief. It is important to keep the trach humidified as much as possible, especially if it is hot, I would try and wear a hme as much as possible xxx

If Addy doesn't get her humidified air at night, she will be very dry for a while. However, we don't do HME's with her when she goes out because she gets way too wet. Good Luck!
