to anyone who has used a acheiva

our acheiva vent alarmed setting error and shut down. at first we tried to reset and then realized it just quit. We turned it off and then turned it back on and it started to work again. This is the third time it has happened with 2 different vents. Did anyone ever had this problem with the acheiva?

Jack was on the Achieva for about one year: 2000-2001. We never experienced the problems you mention. I would contact the company that manufactures the vent directly.
