Jacob's MRI

Well, Jacob had a MRI today to try to locate his brain injury. In true Jacob fashion, the preliminary report shows that it is "totally normal" - no structural issues, no areas of damage, no scar tissue. The drs. and neuros. are convinced he has CP due to a brain injury, but just can't locate the brain injury.:confused: We will find out tomorrow if the "detailed report" shows anything further.

I don't think we will get discharged until they can give us more answers on this, if that is possible. Otherwise, Jacob is recovering well.

I am so happy he is recovering. I read that very often with CP it is actually difficult to see where the brain injury or scarring is located I hope the detailed report will reveal more and that you will be on your way home soon. Take care.
