What branch of trach tube ?

My daughter wears a 3.0 Bivona trach. She wore a Shiley 3.5 until 2 months ago. The doctor thought the material might be irratating her and put the Bivona in. It seems that the secretions don't stick to the material so much as the Shiley. I have heard this and it seems to be true. Also, they are more flexible.

I had read on the board that you may be able to special order Bivonas with straight flanges. I am going to ask my supply company. Kyrsten seems to not like the flanges and gauze is harder to get under there.
