Hello, my name is Shlomit (24 years), I am the mother of two girls, Antonella 3 years and 1 year old Constanza, the tiny born August 28, 2006 with a PBCV (bilateral vocal cord paralysis, diagnosis without apparent cause ) and trach was a month and a day life of urgency. Besides having done more or less two months gastrostomia by a severe food problems, it has been a long road, because after a year and a half gave us only 1 month ago he lives with his family.

Here in Chile things are difficult, since there are no organizations that are engaged in cultivating the subject and my daughter has been a special case in that we encasilla not have resources to deal with this condition.

I hope that all this for pcs well, the truth is that not much of English to be able to communicate in other ways, but here I am grateful to the soul having created this site because it has been for my interezante meet with something as beautiful and such wonderful people.

Constanza was born with this condition his trach was a month and 1 day. I really cost a lot of time making the decision, simply because we did not have much information on this, then started reading on the subject and I realized that the best quality of life for she was his trach and so was his trach will change the lives of everyone in the family, unfortunately by other problems we should expect 1 year and a half to bring them home, one of the reasons was to have the equipment at home until they arrived. Has been quite difficult, because it's happening now sick indeed have problems with his probe GEP.
