i have a question.
i learn that i have to keep humidity in my room.
what is the % of humidity i have to keep?

i read when u breeth through the nose the air come inside to the body with 90% of humidity.

now i am already 3 years in home with the cannula.
usally stay at home.

I'm not sure what the percentage is. Do you use a hme? If you do then there should not be any need for any additional humidity - it really depends what your doctor advises.

HME is expensive here, i have humidity machine that i can control the precentage of the humididity in my room. now i put at 55%, i feel better.

life with cannula is not easy.
i hope one day will be a medical solution for sever subglotic stenosis.
