I've noticed that users who have an apostrophe in their user name (for example: Aaron's Mom), will have trouble logging in after a password change. The vBulletin program does not seem to like apostrophes. If you have this problem, please email me at: info[at]tracheostomy[dot]com. I can reset your account manually, and then you will be able to sign in again without having to re-register.
