Hi my name is Julie and I am mum to Sam, aged 4, we live in the uk. Â*Sam has a rare genetic disorder called Opitz g/bbb syndrome. He also has chronic lung disease so is on continuous o2, has a trach and mickey button, he is also autistic. Â*but he is an amazing character with a bright smile and amazing spirit.
